The Traverse Narcotics Team along with the Grand Traverse Sheriff’s Office made three arrests Wednesday night at a local hotel.
During the execution of a warrant officers found significant amounts of suspected crack cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine. Also seized was evidence suggesting the suspects were packaging the drugs for sale. The street value of the drugs seized is estimated to be about $8,000.
Four suspects were identified during the drug bust. Three of the four were lodged in the Grand Traverse County Jail. One had outstanding warrants for arrest and the others were housed on charges of drug trafficking. Of the three arrests, two were local residents and one was from Detroit.
