Seven Arrested in Clare and Gladwin Counties Following Multi-Jurisdictional Operation
Seven people are behind bars after a multi-jurisdictional operation.
On Friday, police learned the locations in Clare County and Gladwin County where
several stolen items and illegal narcotics were said to be located.
It was also learned that the stolen items came from locations in eight different counties.
Through a collaborative effort amongst five police agencies, searches were executed at three different locations.
A Home on Opland Rd in Gladwin County, a home in the 500 block of Dodge Lake in Clare County, and a home in the 4000 block of North Hoover in Clare County.
Collections of stolen property and drugs were recovered from the homes.
The investigation stemmed from a recent arrest for a stolen vehicle that fled from Deputies and contained several stolen items.
Three suspects from the Clare County locations: a 34 year-old Harrison man; a 57 year-old Harrison man; and a 48 year-old Harrison woman were lodged in the Clare County Jail.
And four suspects from the Gladwin County location were lodged in the Gladwin County Jail.
Charges are currently being reviewed by the county prosecutors.
