Person of the Week: Charles Horn
This week’s Person Of The Week is a man that has kept his community safe.
Charles Horn is an officer at the Elk Rapids Department, and has recently been honored for his actions.
On December 31st of last year, Officer Horn responded to a home where someone was in cardiac arrest.
Officer Horn used his AED and performed chest compressions until EMS arrived on scene, and continued to assist until they were taken to the hospital
At the beginning of this month, Chief Emerson awarded Officer Horn with a lifesaving award.
For saving a life and serving Elk Rapids, Officer Horn this week’s Person of the Week.
