Missouri Man Arrested for Drunk Driving for Third Time in Benzie County
An argument in a local parking lot Thursday night ended in a man behind bars for drunk driving for the third time.
Police tell us a trooper that witnessed the argument says the man seemed to be drunk.
The man, now identified as John Baker, drove off and was later stopped on US-31.
The suspect initially refused to take a sobriety test and a warrant had to be issued for a blood test.
Police tell us during the blood test Baker resisted.
He was later arrested and taken to Benzie County Jail.
Baker now faces a felony for driving drunk third offense and resisting police.
