Mesick Man Hospitalized After Being Ejected from Vehicle in Grand Traverse County

A Mesick man is in critical condition after a crash in Mayfield Township. 

Police say the crash happened on M-37 between West Center and Harrand Road.

The victim, Gerry Lamie, was trying to pass another vehicle when he ran off the roadway causing the vehicle to rollover. 

Lamie was ejected and had to be hospitalized. 

Police say cold temperatures and slick roads caused the crash.
